Lee Foster-Wilson is a UK artist and illustrator based in Cornwall. She is often inspired by the rural, coastal landscape she lives in and grew up with a menagerie of animals and riding horses.

She set up her business Bonbi Forest after graduating from University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting, 2003.

Lee likes to work with limited colour palettes and traditional analogue materials. Her favourite tool of choice is the marker pen in all its different guises (..and it will probably have her heart forever).

Lee enjoys observing the relationship of people to nature and to each other. This is often defined in phrases, text, and weird & wonderful celestial and mystical symbols.

Clients include Quarto, Compendium Inc, Mollie Makes, In the Moment Magazine, Ohh Deer, Lionheart, and Cause Magazine.

Lee’s work is ‘colourful, illustrative, and a bit whimsical with a gritty edge’.
