Susan was born in the Midlands and now lives on the south coast near to Brighton. She creates original hand-made art using stitch & embellishment.
Following her degree in Textiles & Embroidery at Birmingham, Susan worked on large scale commissions for banks, restaurants and other public venues. Her teaching experiences include Foundation Textiles at Falmouth and a South East Arts Residency. She has a post grad in Textiles.
Susan produces a wide range of work; quirky homewares, bridal pieces, and samples for the high street and catwalk.
Her clients include: The Conran Shop, Betty Jackson, John Lewis, Jeanne D'Arc Living, Per Una, Jigsaw, Glyndebourne, Louis Vuitton, Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenburg, Tigerprint, TopShop, Next, and Kate Halfpenny.
