New Artist! Madalina Andronic

Madalina Andronic

It is with great pleasure that we welcome our new artist and illustrator Madalina Andronic. A Romanian illustrator based in Puglia, Italy, famous for it’s food. Drawing inspiration from love, travels and la dolce vita while never forgetting the magic and folklore of where she comes from. Madalina Andronic is available to commission.

We asked Madalina to describe the style of her work - ‘An escape, a safe place, a permanent vacation. Bottled moments and feelings. From keepsakes from a past world with traditional values to contemporary bits of modern love and life’.

With an MA in Illustration from Camberwell College or Arts, London, Madalina has a strong and distinctive style. Clients include Vodafone, Nivea, Netflix, Milka, Quarto Publishing, Moppetbooks, and The Financial Times. Madalina has illustrated over 15 books for leading publishers with titles which include Jane Eyre, A World Full of Spooky Stories, Five Sisters, Agnes Gray, and Romeo & Juliet. Infectiously colourful, joyful, and positive. Clients around the world include Netflix, Milka, Nivea, Quarto Publishing, Moppetbooks, and The Financial Times.

We adore Madalina’s natural sense of narrative combined with a bold yet sensitive use of colour and refined, delicate drawing. If you would like to commission Madalina Andronic please contact us.

You can request Madalina’s complete portfolio guide here.

We always love to hear from you.

What would your dream project be? "I have so many, but here are three:
illustrating an intricate, spectacular advent calendar, starting up a clothing line with my own fabric patterns, launching a candle collection with olfactory memories from my childhood".

If you would like to commission Madalina Andronic or enquire about her work, please contact us.

It’s a pleasure to welcome Madalina to you and the Jehane Ltd family.
